| Problem |
| As R&Q Solutions continued to grow rapidly, they needed to have a secure place to store essential company documents. Still too small for a dedicated server, they were looking for a document management tool that would grow with them. |
| Solution |
| Ethix Systems installed an open source document management program called KnowledgeTree for R&Q Solutions and trained them. For a very small setup cost, R&Q Solutions had the ability for employees at different locations to reference and modify the same documents while preserving older versions of them. R&Q Solutions eventually grew to need a server, at which point Ethix Systems installed their document management system on that server. |
