Tea At Home With Olivia is a small business offering specialty teas and antiques. The owner, Olivia, wanted to expand her business through an online store that had been previously setup for her by another individual.

Problem

Olivia was unable to contact the individual who created the website to have the necessary changes made to the site, and was unable to find anyone able to help her with these modifications.

Solution

Ethix Systems was able to help Olivia complete the important changes to the site that she needed. Also, we were able to help further secure her website by migrating her data onto an application database and upgrading her shopping cart to the newest version. Most importantly, Ethix Systems was able to provide Olivia with a reliable contact point for any new issues or requests she may have in the future.
