Vision

Advanced Fire Company installs, inspects, and services fire extinguishers and fire protection systems for businesses. Their scheduling software links up with their accounting program, Quickbooks, and allows them to efficiently manage their employees and jobs.

Problem

The scheduling software that they used reached end-of-support, so they needed an alternative solution. They also needed their data migrated into the new system from the old software.

Solution

Not only did Ethix Systems build custom software to replace the old, out-of-date scheduling software, but they added several enhancements that drastically improved the scheduling process at Advanced Fire, allowing them to keep better track of their jobs as well as reduce the amount of time spent scheduling. This software also integrates with Quickbooks to eliminate redundant data entry.
