Uptegraff MFG
Vision: R. E. Uptegraff Manufacturing wanted to be able to add to their existing website a way to make publications and manuals for their product line available online. They also wanted their clients to be able to see images of their transformers as they are being built.
Problem: Uptegraff's original website consisted of only static content and therefore had no easy way to add the publications, manuals, and images they needed.
Solution: Ethix Systems migrated the website to a new server that supported web application technologies and developed a series of administrative pages. This allows Uptegraff to add content themselves to the site, which has benefited them greatly.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. This is why with the advent of high speed internet services, such as cable and DSL, image and media rich websites became the preferred way of conveying information.
