Ethix Systems LLC collects information from its users both directly (the user must input
the information into some online form and/or otherwise provide the information to Ethix

INDIRECT COLLECTION OF USER INFORMATION
Ethix Systems LLC utilizes Google Analytics to obtain information about those
parties visiting the Ethix Systems LLC domain. Google Analytics utilizes
1st-party cookies to function and will collect the following types of information
from users who browse to the http://www.ethixsystems.com domain:
Type of user agent (Internet browser) used, Internet browser software

This information may include the referring URL the user came
through to arrive at the http://www.ethixsystems.com domain
(or a specific subpage); for example, if a user clicked on a
hyperlink at http://www.google.com and was directed to
http://www.ethixsystems.com, this information would be recorded
This information may also include any search engine query (or queries)
utilized to arrive at the domain (or a specific subpage);
for example, if a user types a particular word or phrase into the
Google search engine and clicks on a link from the results of that
search, the particular word or phrase used in the search will be recorded
All Google Analytics data is shared with Google, in order to fully analyze and report the

In addition to providing the above information to Google, the information may also be
stored locally on web servers owned and operated by Ethix Systems LLC. If this occurs,
the information will be adequately encrypted with access granted only to those employed
by Ethix Systems LLC.
Additionally, Ethix Systems LLC utilizes web beacon technology to track Ethix Systems
LLC Newsletter information. Specifically, at this time, when a user receives and opens
an HTML-formatted version of an Ethix Systems LLC Newsletter, web beacon (aka web bug)
technology is currently exploited to track the number of times that particular newsletter
is opened by the user. This information is stored within an Ethix Systems LLC database
and associated to the email address (and consequently the particular user) at which the

Ethix Systems LLC does not knowingly collect and/or store information from users

HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS UTILIZED
Ethix Systems LLC primarily utilizes all collected data for the following purposes:
Website Optimization and Marketing - An example of a marketing purpose would
be the tracking of whether or not a particular newsletter topic is
well-received, thereby aiding in the decision of future newsletter topics.
When opted-in to receive the Ethix Systems LLC Newsletter, user information
may also be used to receive such emails containing company news, updates,
related service information, et cetera.
Providing Effective and Efficient Customer Service - Ethix Systems LLC

to a "financial leasing" company for the purpose of financing a given
project over a period of time.
Working with a Third-Party - Ethix Systems LLC utilizes stored user/client
information, with the user or client's explicit consent, to work in tandem
with a client-approved third-party. An example of this includes, but is not
limited to, providing user/client contact information to a website/graphic
designer for the purpose of implementing a visual theme for a given web
development project.
INFORMATION SHARING AND/OR DISCLOSURE
Ethix Systems LLC will not sell or trade personally identifiable information. However,
under certain circumstances, Ethix Systems LLC may disclose personally identifiable
information. Circumstances of when information may be disclosed include, but are not
limited to, the following:
Improvement of Ethix Systems LLC website operations and/or services offered
Provision of services requested by the user
Establishment or exercise of legal rights or defense against legal claims
Compliance with applicable laws or regulations
Responses to court orders
In any of the above scenarios, personally identifiable information would only be released to
